Privacy policy

Whenabouts collects nothing. The app has no server, no analytics, no account, and never opens a network connection of its own. Everything you put into it · people, schedules, settings · is stored on your Mac and, if you use iCloud, synced through your own private iCloud database that only your devices can read; we could not see it if we wanted to. Calendar and Contacts are read on your Mac with your permission, used only to draw your day and show birthdays, and are never stored beyond a contact link or transmitted anywhere. Deleting the app (and its iCloud data via System Settings) removes everything, because everything is yours to begin with. Questions: hello@getwhenabouts.com.

Effective 24 July 2026 · applies to Whenabouts for macOS, version 1.0 and later.
